Q: What is a digital caricature?: A digital caricature is a unique piece of art that is created by a professional artist using digital tools such as tablets and software. It's a fun, playful and often exaggerated depiction of a person, designed to capture their likeness in a humorous way.
Q: How does the process work?: It's simple! All you have to do is email your photos and provide Dan with any additional information or requests you have. He will then create a customized digital caricature based on your photos and specifications. Once complete, he'll send you a high-quality digital file that you can print or use online.
Q: How long does it take to receive my digital caricature?: It really depends on how busy I am, I will let you know as soon as I have the relevant info from you. On average it takes 1-3 weeks. However, I may offer rush services if you need your caricature sooner.
Q: What kind of photos should I submit?: The best photos are clear, well-lit and show the person's face clearly. Ideally, they should be taken from multiple angles, and it's helpful if they capture the person's personality or interests.
Q: Can I request changes to my caricature?: Absolutely! I want you to be 100% satisfied with your caricature. You'll have the opportunity to review the initial sketch and request any changes or modifications at any time before the final artwork is completed.
Q: Are custom caricatures available to anyone or just people in Dan's local area?: They are available to anyone, anywhere! Since we communicate by email and the finished work is emailed to you, it's easy. Dan does not print or ship the drawings, they are all done digitally. All work is done by Dan.
